SparkJoy collects and processes health-related information through Health Connect to provide you with activity tracking features and event management services.
Data We Collect:
- Step count data: We access your daily step count from Health Connect to track your physical activity and participation in challenges or events.
How We Collect This Data:
- Through Health Connect: With your explicit permission, we read step count data from Health Connect, which aggregates data from various fitness apps and devices on your Android device.
- You control this access and can revoke permission at any time through your device settings.
How We Use Health Data:
- To display your step count and activity progress within the app
- To enable participation in step-based challenges and events
- To calculate achievements and milestones
- To provide personalized activity insights
We Do NOT:
- Sell or share your health data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes
- Use your step count data for purposes other than those stated above
- Collect other sensitive health information (heart rate, sleep data, weight, etc.)
Data Security:
- All health data is encrypted during transmission and storage
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive information
- Health data is stored securely and separately from other personal information
Your Control:
- You can disconnect Health Connect access at any time through app settings or device settings
- You can request deletion of your health data by contacting us at support@zennite.co
- Revoking access will limit certain features that depend on step count data

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as for tax, accounting, or legal obligations).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If that is not possible (for instance, because your information is stored in backup archives), we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

- Android Settings > Apps > Health Connect > App permissions > SparkJoy > Remove access

6. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature to signal that you prefer not to have your online activities tracked. A uniform DNT standard is not yet adopted, so we currently do not respond to DNT signals. If such a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
